WWWE Logo Absolute (URL, reference)

An Absolute URL is one of two types of URLs used in HTML notation for the World Wide Web. An absolute URL is one in which a complete, fully-qualified URL specification is provided, for example:

http://www.outer.net/html4dum/html4dum.htm

is the complete (absolute) URL for the HTML for Dummies Web site, another Web site authored and maintained by your authors here.
